Morning I had never had any problems with Prime because I have never logged any claim. The Policy documents are self explanatory. The service that i just had now with K****tso. and him taking me through the Policy documents was out of the box. He is really an asset in your company and very helpful and patient. He was very humble andĥ willing to assist. Thumbs up to him He must keep up with his good job. I will definitely still refer someone else to Prime.. Thanks
