Was involved in car accident on 16-05-2022 policy no MX***, claim no CL *** called pmd they assisted with towing took pictures of my car on the scene, they rejected the claim told me to pay storage fee of which I did, now the problem my car is missing a bumper, told them I can't fetch the car with a missing part, when I call the office Chantel is the lady handling the case and kgotso now are unavailable, been told they will get back to me but never did I trusted them with my car would never recommend anyone to them, their service is poor they only car about money not clients just need my bumper from them nothing else, cause now I can't get a quotation without a bumper, I don't need anything from you only my car with every part please help.. **** pmd.
