misleading, over selling and dishonest spamming
I have received spam SMS communication that Prime Meridian Insurance could insure any car.<br> I found this unbelievable as I have a collection of custom motor vehicles and responded to the communication and have found that short term insurance companies cannot meet my insurance requirements.<br> Needless to say that when they called me back I was told that they cannot insure my vehicles.<br> <br> I find their spam messaging misleading, overselling and downright dishonest. <br> Prime Meridian is tricking people to respond to their communication

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention.
As you are aware from your previous communications with us which appear to stretch back to 2012, we are unfortunately unable to insure vehicles over 15 years of age.
We shall advise our marketing department to ensure that you do not receive any further materials in this regard. However, in order to ensure that you don't receive materials from any other insurer in this regard, we suggest that you add your name to the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa's Do Not Contact List.
