Had an accident on the 8th November, submitted a claim with them, my car was towered to renew it in Sandton, weeks pass by , I’m the one doing follow up no communication from their side, every time I phoned them, same story claims department, until today when they call to inform me, they rejecting my claim based on the information I provided from my tracking device, I also have the same information by the way.

Apparently I did not stop on the traffic lights when it was load shedding and was travelling at 37km/h before the accident. The same report that I have, showed that I was on 0km/h and when the accident happened I was stopped at 16km/h.

I am so disappointed by PMD, if you know what is good for you, DO NOT JOIN THIS PATHETIC Insurance,

It’s all good when they debit your money and sweet talk you into joining them, come claim stage you will see their true colours.

I am yet to fetch my car and fix it. I’m cancelling them immediately.</div>
