24 Apr 2026, 12:59Hello Seipati M,
Thank you for your post.
At Prime, we are committed to ensuring that our policyholders fully understand the products they purchase and we pride ourselves in validating all claims within the scope of our policies.
According to our records, your claim was repudiated based on exceeding the speed limit by more than 20 km/h. While we note that third-party actions contribute to accidents occurring, excessive speed still remains a major contributing factor to any accident.
Regarding the two outcomes, we have provided the initial outcome letter again later, during the same month, upon your request, which means that the outcome remained unchanged.
Our Market Conduct Team has already been in contact with you and provided a detailed response to your claim outcome.
Remember that you can simplify your insurance experience with Prime's self-service portal. Check your cover, update drivers, and get the documents you need in just a few clicks.
Committed to resolving your concern with care.
Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team
