Lack of feedback RE: Payout

I was in an accident on 30 October 2015
Prime Meridian's client received authorisation to fix his car on 30 December 2015
After struggling I received my offer letter on 9 January 2016, I returned the signed on 10 January 2016
15 February I called and emailed Daphne Mufamadi and she did not reply to the two emails I sent her and the messages I left for her to call me did not get me a response. Her manager has been off sick for 2 days now.
Finally spoke to Daphne who ''sent the requisition to finance a few days ago''. I asked for the exact date and she said she sent it on 12th February. All I wanted was feedback and confirmation that the payment will arrive as scheduled. Instead I got attitude, a story that does not add up and no feedback as yet.

One of the supervisors from Claims Offered to assist me, hopefully I will post a complement next...
