Lack of communication

My mother was involved in car accident early February this year. Everything was just a nightmare, she did call the call centre to report the accident and claims forms were email to her to fill them, she did send back. From there it took quite sometime from them to get back at her with status of claim. On early March she was informed that some pages were not fill in. She did fill them up and send them back. Since then nothing has happen, the car still park outside my mothers place. We don't know were its write-off or it will be fixed. This is so frustrating to my mother as she using car to work and from. Now she has to resort into lift clubs that are not reliably. Even now no one from Prime Meridian Direct has call her just to insure everything is going well or give her direction as we to now.
