Kholo Phaho truly made me feel like I was speaking to a sibling. In a time where genuine service and care are so rare, this experience at PMD was truly refreshing. Kholo made me feel comfortable and at ease, never forcing anything, but guiding me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Her gentle spirit and warm approach truly reflect God’s love in action. She is without a doubt a valuable blessing and asset to PMD. Thank you for creating such a safe and welcoming space, it was truly a joy interacting with you.
