Keys locked in boot - Prime Meridian
<p>Locked my key in the boot, called in, they said I will only be covered for R500 for the retreival of my key.</p> <p> </p> <p>The part that ****s me: I called them at 10 at night, I was promised a call back which I didn't receive. I ended up breaking into my own car the next morning to get the key out. :)</p> <p> </p> <p>Guess you get what you pay for.</p>

Our records show that our call centre agent had attempted to respond to your call telephonically, only to find that we were contacting you on your old number.
Luckily, your employer was kind enough to provide us with your new contact details which have since been added to our system.

The gentleman who answered my call on the night of my key being locked in the boot took my current phone number, thereafter promising to call me back.
(Chris Pretorius, (in client representation) when following up on this query tried me on my old number and then my new number once he obtained it from my employer.)
Please represent yourselves accurately- by using deceptive means to defer the blame to inexact phone numbers you are going to further create a negative stigma attached to the companies' brand and inability to assist me in my time of need.
I'm happy to discuss and come to a resolution with Prime Meridian but by challenging me with erroneous information to make me look like I'm the one at fault you will be opening a nasty can of worms.
(P.S. I still use the old number and there was no trace of Prime Meridian trying to make contact with me that night.)

The repair cost by a SAMBRA approved repairer (which you asked me to send to your representative) amounts to R16116.58- to replace my rubber beading (which I unfortnately damaged when I was breaking in), repair the paint work, blend the colour and pay for the labour.
Yeah, frustrating.
