Just thought I should share my interactions with the lady (Nqobile ) who was assisting me to take the car insurance. First after sending a message for the call back I immediately received a call and the lady was explaining very slow so that I can understand what am I getting myself into and appreciate that because it was very clear, she will pause in between to check if am still following and if I have any questions, she also assisted me with the app and further concluded the call but give her name and surname along with the number for future assistance, so the patience in her and being super professional I will definitely recommend prime to others as I was also referred. Thank you my experience was amazing and keep up the good work.
