Just away from Prime SA unless you are ready to face ghosting!

Prime SA all they know is to suck money from the clients unnecessarily.In trying to solve the issue of rejecting my claim for a nonsense reason,they make it worse by saying that I was driving at 45km/h when it shows clearly on my tracker record that I was driving at 23km/h.For God's sake I had just moved away from the stop sign. I was wondering all along why they were not requesting the tracker record because they knew I had it from the day they gave me a quote for insurance.Now I see its because they wanted to speculate and just lie all throughout.

Another lie: they claim that they have forwarded me the documents of the cover WHICH THEY NEVER DID FOR A WHOLE 9 MONTHS I WAS WITH THEM. Another trap: now I have requested from the time they rejected my claim,via the email,to stop debiting from my account.They still continued to debit.And funny enough,they buzzed my phone( they never have airtime as the company) 3 times while attempting to answer,they just dropped.Next thing they claim that they have been trying to call me with no success.There is TO BUZZ and to call....they buzzed me.

And 4th time when i finally managed to answer,the guy didnt even introduce himself by name,he only **** to say that he had cancelled my debit.Next thing i find in my email that I should cancel via email because they attempted to call and failed to reach me.Which means they have GHOSTS indeed.I spoke to someone to cancel the insurance and the next thing they said they failed???

All I can think of is that probably at Prime SA which used to be Prime Meridian now there are having ghosts who talk and also assess the accident scene(provided that I was driving at 23km/h and the assessor said I was driving at 45km/h).
