Ive been with Prime South Africa for almost 2 years now, they have the best customer service, clear policy documents, friendly informative staff and still the best premiums and excess fees to date. My premiums have remained the same or decreased. It was a no brainer that when obtaining a new vehicle that I would remain with them.
