I've been waiting on feedback for my claim for a very long time even had to buy a new car no one is concerned I have to be the 1 who keeps calling had to spend over R4000 for roadside it's really sad how 1 is treated I paid my premiums well but come claim stage they take forever and hardly communicate. You have to be the 1 to get all information for them or else they will take forever to assist you I mean everything it's truly sad I am in tears as we speak I even want to cancel my current policy.
