It's been a while that I have been a customer with Prime
It's been a while that I have been a customer with Prime. This is my 2nd car insured with them. I remember the first claim I had with my previous car that I paid up in 2020 but still continued insurance with them. When my 1st car had to go for body works Prime organised the service provider, provided clear instructions on payment of excess, very polite and consistent
