Thank you for your post.
We value all feedback as we continuously strive to improve our services.
At Prime SA, we pride ourselves on promptly paying all valid claims. Rest assured that we perform our validations not for the sake of creating unnecessary delays or to avoid claims but for the protection of all of our clients. As we are sure you will appreciate, the more time it takes us to validate your claim, the more it costs us both.
A review of your claim shows that the delay in finalization of your claim is due to the outstanding quote that we have not yet received. We note that our claims department has been following up with you and the repairer on the quote.
Your matter has been escalated to the Market Conduct Team. They will be in contact with you to provide further assistance and clarity.
It will undoubtedly please you to know that Prime SA offers up to 30 days of car rental benefits following those unforeseeable accidents that leave you without your vehicle.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavors.
Kind regards,
The Prime SA team
