Insurance never been settled by Prime Meridian Isurance
<p>I had an accident in Septemer 2015 and i was with Prime Meridian then, They have never settled their 3rd party insurance as they promised or contacted me for the matter. i went on FB and sent them multiple emails and nothing was done conscerning the matter. Now the 3rd party insurance which is Outsurance is taking me to court because of them. I need help</p>

Upon investigation, it was noted that the third party claim lodged against your policy had in fact already been approved and communicated to the 3rd party’s Insurer on 31 January, 2017.
As such, their further communication with you comes as a surprise. We assure you that you need not be concerned in this regard in the slightest as we are solely awaiting their acceptance of approved claim amount.
Our third party claims department has further been in contact with you telephonically and provided you with detailed feedback regarding the matter.
