Insurance claim not progressing.
Claim was reported on the 17 July 2023. Claim number: CL*** but didn't get an approval yet , this is an inconvenience as I have paid all my installments monthly and also submitted all required documents/statements on time, I'm struggling to get to.work as I don't have a spare vehicle and can't get to destinations comfortably as I have to now use public transportation. I'm not happy with the service I'm getting.
