Insurance claim not processed - 9 weeks later!
Claim number CL*** has now been with this insurer for more than 9 weeks. I've never had worse service from an insurer in my life. Rather pay R100 more for an insurance company that doesn't make you wait more than 2 months for an accident claim to be processed...and still...I wait...
