Insurance claim
I submitted a claim for hijacking with Prime Meridian Direct (Policy No. MX***, Claim N0. CL***) on 22.08.2023 and my claim was declined because my car was registered with In-drive as passenger ransport, of which it's true but when i go through my polocy documents it states that my car can be used for business/personal use and anyone can drive my vehicle as long as they have my permission.
