Insurance ****
I was insured with PMD and my policy started on the 1st of October, i was involved in an accident on the 2nd of Oct 2023 however my claim was rejected claiming that my cover was not active even though the full premiums for the full month of October were received, the insurance company is claiming that they have received the money on the 4th of Oct, what why did they debit the full amount and not the pro-rata, what happened to the premiums of the first 3 days of the month of October? This insurance company is a **** and again no car hire was arranged for me because they claim i didn't qualify even though i was paying for it
