I had an accident on the 27th of May and to date my claim has not been finalized. I spoke to one consultant and he told me I'll get a decision on the 28th of June then on the 28th when I called I was told I'll get decision either on the 3rd or 4th of July. On the 5th I called and was told that the claim is with management and they don't know when it will be finalized. I've been calling almost everyday to get an update until yesterday when I was told that they will call me when they have a decision.
There is also a 3rd party claim against me and because of the delay from you, the guy now keeps calling and threatening me. This is really putting my life in danger all because of the incompetence of Prime South Africa.
I do not recommend this insurance at all.

22 Jul 2024, 15:32When I submitted my claim I clearly stated that I was going to bump into a bakkie and I tried to swerve unfortunately the was a car that was coming from the other direction and I lost control and hit the car.
Now my claim and the 3rd party claim have been rejected because I apparently failed to stop at a stop sign. So my question is if someone loses control of the car it automatically means that you don't cover? I thought the main point of having insurance is for instances like this. The CCTV footage you claim to have does not in any way show what was happening in the car. This is one useless insurance
