In December my salary date moved to the 15th of the month and I called in arranged them change it for December only
In December my salary date moved to the 15th of the month and I called in arranged them change it for December only. I call them back today to ensure the normal debit order was for the 27th January they confirmed it will debit on the normal date. I have never dealt with any other company that has a system for those things. Well done to them, I'm a very satisfied customer.
