Hello dineopandina,

We are truly sorry to learn of the unfortunate circumstances of your loss.

A review of the recorded telephonic purchase conversation conducted with you reveals that our tele-assistant clearly explained all the policy features to you as well as how the immediate cover option works. This information also appears in your policy documentation. During that conversation, as you have correctly stated, you instructed us to commence cover on the 25th of April, 2015 and to collect your first premium and policy activation fee on that date. (A copy of the recording is available on request.)

Whilst we fully sympathise with your loss, we are obliged to abide by the policy policy Terms and Conditions for the benefit of all our policyholders.

Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.

Kind regards,
The PMD Team
