I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Prime and with the recent experience I had when I needed to submit a claim. The process was simple, efficient, and hassle-free. I particularly appreciate the attention to detail and the fact that Prime reviews the call recordings from when the policy was taken out. Frida contacted me today and clearly explained some important details that had not been covered when I initially took out the policy. Her professionalism and attention to detail were excellent. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Prime and the service I’ve received. They have definitely exceeded my expectations.
