I'm Thapelo Senokwane. Mid January 2025 I hit *** with my Renault Triber at around 23h00. The vehicle was badly damaged. Prime sent a tow truck after being in contact with them. After they assessed the damage, the vehicle was declared a write-off. They paid the settlement. This process took exactly 10 working days. Prime is the best.
