I'm Fed Up Now.

Hi Everyone

My name is Licia. My vehicle was broken into on the 27 July 2018, a month ago. I have put in a claim and assisted them with the case number. I was then told to send photographs of the damages done to car and mileage and a lot of questions to how much petrol was in my car the day of incident. I was then told by insurance to collect docket from police station which I tried, and couldn't get, as it was with the detective handling the case. After going back and forth getting the information for Prime Meridian, I received another e-mail stating, I need to go to my service provider, which is Vodacom, to obtain my phone records and billing from 10am - 4pm on the day of incident. I was also asked when my sim card was RICA"d .How the hec do you get that information if your sim card was RICA'd more than 10years. As to my knowledge, your service provider cannot give you that information. I am really frustrated as I've never experienced anything like this. All they've been doing is sending me back and forth. It feels like I'm doing everything for them on my expense and still paying insurance every month. I've been with Prime Meridian for +- 9 years and I haven't claimed once. So why go through all this, for what? Please help
