IM DISTRESSED BY THE SERVICE I'VE RECIEVED FROM PMD

I am Very disappointed with the service I've received from PMD.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 2-3 years, and have never had any problems with them until I need their Help.

Early this year on the 23rd March I was involved in an accident in Tzaneen. The car was towed away the same day to Polokwane by the insurance company, from the scene of the accident.

My problem started because there was no communication regarding the repair progress of the car.

They never called me about updates on how my car was. I was told my car would be fixed in 60 working days buts it's been 91 days since the towing and my car has not been returned nor repaired yet.

They are not giving me a satisfactory response as to when my car will be back or if it will even be finished. I have to drive all the way from Tzaneen to Polokwane to check on my car, my job requires me to have a reliable transport and my wife is pregnant, we have appointments we need to attend. I'm really disappointed in the service this insurance has offered me so this far.

If my review won't resolve this issue, I'm thinking of cancelling my contract with this company. Disgusting. Really.
