******* Marketing Practices
These guys seem to think it is ok to buy ******* marketing contact info from companies and then send repeated SMS messages requiring the unsuspecting individual to reply STOP or YES to... both STOP and YES attract a fee of R1.50 which is not communicated in the SMS even though the number seems to indicate that it is a normal South African Line and that one would expect a reply would either be free of charge (seeing that it is ******* marketing) OR local rates... but it is not. They cannot tell you where you got signed up as is a legal requirement of the ETCA and make promises that their \suppliers\" would call to explain themselves but they never do. This is bottom of the barrel stuff - It is not the kind of behaviour I would expect from a competent insurance company."
