If you claim you gonna have hustle they not what they says they are

I took insurance with PMD somethings they never tell you until you come in an accident . My problem now I had accident in the morning going to work 2 weeks ago I called for road assistance they came and took my car to their storage I did ask them to but instructed the towing company to do so . All the time I was paying for the services OK they sent me papers to fill to explain the cause of accident I did so I also opened case I sent them and again asked me to send pictures of the car I did , after 3days they sent other papers to fill I did so. Following day I called if they received them and told I must email them again so it shows that this insurance they don't customers as their priority . I waited a week gone then following week just update that vehicle being assessed ,remember the car storage money its accumulating instead of them to tell me go and fetch your car after assesment they keep quite Week gone again First was communicating with Nthabiseng now Annika calls on 30th and accident happened on 18th then Annika tells me there is other papers to fill and send it back to investigate me on my network if I wasn't on call during accident. I did after all that they tell me to go and fetch my vehicle and I must pay towing out of my pocket ..it amazed me I asked why should I pay towing they say I should do it yes I have no choice they are sorry , now I organized money to go and tow it I ask did they pay they realize fee Annika said no I should pay money for storage and towing during the accident out of my pocket asking how so because I was paying the insurance for services the excuse was they still investigate .. I questioned all the time why didn't they tell me earlier I have to pay storage and where does all the money I was paying every month go the answer was Sorry sir you have to pay it and I must go to fetch my Car ..Question where does they expect me to get money must I go to loan sharks ? Answer remains sorry sir.

I'm still have sorry sir as their answer And how accident happened they condone to **** other people during accident ..because I was driving early in the morning around 6:20am while driving other driver decided to U-turn infront of me meters away without hazards or indicating.. then reverse on the middle of the road without checking the distance other cars behind, I tried to not hit the driver on the front drivers side then I drove over the gravel and lost control until I hit the mountain on the side ..during that the driver of the other car drove away She didn't stop to check the damages she caused Now it a hustle with PMD.. I even asked some of my friend to review this insurance as also I was introduced by that friend of mine ..That friend came shocked about what he heard
