I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct my car s windscreen was cracked and I phoned them in the afternoon and send all the information they wanted to process my claim . The lady who was assisting me was very friendly and very professional and I could feel that she know her work very well and could go an extra mile to assist me on some things I couldnt understand very well during the process . They arranged an appointment with Bryanston glassfit same day for me to and change my windscreen after my claim was approved . When I went there the whole process took my less than 45 minutes for new screen to be fitted and all . Thank you PMD for the good service I would honestly recommend you guys to anyone who want to open an insurance policy in future .
