I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct and the exceptional service from Hazel Mphahlele.😊 I received a call from Hazel on the 7/06/2022 to enquire on car insurance since I had a misapp today in a minor car accident. Hazel was friendly, polite ,kind , showed empathy and took her time to go through the entire process. She really felt like a freind on the other end of the line.😊 Hazel was clear and listened intensely and gave me the comfort that I'm making the correct decision on an insurance policy.
