I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct. The service is excellent, claims are handled with accuracy and speed . No matter how big or small the claim is you are treated with care ,which makes claiming so easy and less stressful. The call center agents are awesome and patient explained the process clearly. Thank you to Rodney for explaining the procedure once my claim got approved. Also pmd keeps in contact with you at every step from logging the claim to submitting photos via sms insuring everything as been recieved so that i didnt have to keep calling in and checking up on them Well done PMD team .
