I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct. I logged a call for my first claim just this morning just after 9am regarding my windscreen. Little did I know that at 12h40 I would get a call back confirming that my claim is approved. This kind of service is world class ....I have never came across such friendly and efficient consultants in my life, let alone from an insurance company. Thank you PMD and thank you Mahlatse, your customer service is commendable keep hiring such amazing people ??
