I was referred by a colleague... And I made a call where I was helped by Sibu Malakalaka... A friendly lady who guided me word by word. Explained repeatedly so dat I understand, calm and loving. She made sure that I pay way less Dan my previous insurer. On the 13th May I called pmd for road assistance... Mpumelelo if still remember the name correctly... He assisted me and made sure if I'm safe and sent me the towing (for sling? withing a short period of time n on that moment he was keeping on calling and keeping me up to date.. Even after they assisted me he called again to confirm if I'm happy and sorted. Every time when I needed advice in regard of the car the pmd is always guiding me.. Pmd is the friend in need.
