I was hit by a rock around 7:55 to 8:00am, made a call while on the side of the road and they helped. Requested a callback, call was made in less a minute. The process was easy via WhatsApp. Only struggled to open the bonnet for the engen cos I’m just a girl but everything is super easy, photos sent via WhatsApp. Claim was approved in less than two hours. I’m happy.
