I was hijacked for the first in my life on Saturday

I was hijacked for the first in my life on Saturday. Trauma with2guns 4man tried to push me in the boot but I managed to Eu away. My car was found stripped on Sunday. I didnt have a tracker because I was in the process to put it even though the Guy who assisted me said to them tracker is not compulsory because they do pay you with or without tracke. They're the only Insurance that does not require tracker. My Access was less than R4500 on hour agreement. But now they're writing off my car they raised access to R11,500. Im talling them that i dont have it and even if I had it I wasn't going to because its not on hour agreement. Their Salesman spacified that Tracker is not a must to them. We are not getting to the agreement now because of this Access. I'm not coping from the trauma they're adding another problem
