I was assisted by Sthembiso Siqokwana. It is the 1st time that I get a call from an insurance and it felt like I'm talking to a person and not a mechine. It's clear that he loves he's job. He is respectful, thorough, takes time to explain. It was a breath of fresh air to interact with someone that values customers and shows out most care.
