I was assisted by *Nomthandazo Ngwenya* at Customer Consultant centre , who from the very beginning of the engagement sounded enthusiastic and ready to assist. She took me through the convenience of having the Prime South Africa app and the Prime Protect app. *In Detail* she outlined the innovative convenience I have on my fingertips on a daily basis to keep touch with my Prime insurance always. Though I had many questions as this is my first car, she was patient and very informative, offered great advices and a broader perspective of why Prime is good . Further assuring me that I am safe and will be taken care of as per my policy. I give this lady a 10/10 , she is truly good with customers . Very very good at what she does.
