I was assisted by a gentleman called Sphesihle Makhanya. To be honest, I was angry and approached him with so much anger, and made things difficult for him. But he never lost his cool, so calm, patient, and willing to explain over and over again. He called so many times, even the following day he called to explain and update me. He’s the best!! That man deserves a promotion of some sort!
