I was able to ask all sorts of questions I had after reading my policy update letter. The lady was so patient with me and even asked me if there's anything else I possibly needed clarity or assistance with. I asked about my current excess and how it decreases over the months ,and she gave me the current amount for excess and explained when it will reset (I was so glad I got more information).
