I wanted to knw about my policy status where on their APP shows that is pending hence I have six month with them and provided them with the required documents. They are also deducting monthly premiums. After requesting a call back from them they responded tomeously and told me that it might be a glitch on their APP. They assured me that my policy is active and they send me a prove to show that indeed my policy is active.
