I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE NOT TO JOIN THIS INSURANCE
JOINING THIS INSURANCE IS THE WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE SCRATCHES ON MY CAR TO BE REPAIRED. I HAVE BEEN SO LOYAL PAYING MY PREMIUMS ON TIME EVERY MONTH WITHOUT FAIL. YOU ARE FAILING TO JUST GIVE A DECISION ON MY CLAIM. I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE MEDIA AND I AM LEAVING THIS INSURANCE, AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER EVER JOIN YOU, AND THOSE THAT HAVE MUST LEAVE YOU BECAUSE YOU DON'T ASSIST US WHEN WE NEED YOU TO, YET EVERY MONTH YOU DEBIT YOUR PREMIUMS. <br> <br> I PUT IN A VALID CLAIM IN SEPTEMBER, I WAS HIT BY A LADY WHO VIOLATED THE STOP SIGN AND AS A RESULT SHE SCRATCHED MY CAR, YOU ARE FAILING TO JUST FIX THOSE SCRATCHES, SO IF MY CAR WAS A WRITE OFF IN THE ACCIDENT THIS MEANS FOR 3 MONTHS I WOULD BE WITHOUT A CAR.<br> POOR, POOR, POOR, POOR SERVICES. <br>
