I submitted my first claim since being a policy holder, last Thursday

I submitted my first claim since being a policy holder, last Thursday. Whilst visiting my son the garden service shattered the passenger glass. I went on the PMD app and started the process. It was easy to follow. My claim was processed and approved with a few hours. The next morning Glassfit phoned to arrange the nearest fitment centre. I am awaiting a call today for fitment. The glass is ready it's the tinting guy that must come complete. Thank you so much for the excellent and speedy service.
