I submitted a claim on February 16 2025 and it’s now been two months prime meridian does not feedback to me I have to call the pane beater to check how far the repair is, only to find out that Prime meridian sent the wrong fender since they buy parts themselves, how do you send a wrong part while u have the vehicles VIN number on your system, I have dissatisfied with their service and this will be my last premium to them this month

02 May 2025, 15:26Hello Nicole P,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and sharing your concerns with us.
Rest assured that we always do all in our power to avoid delays during the repair process but it is true that the repair process may be affected by several factors which are outside the control of the repairer, ourselves, and you as the client. We do, however, pride ourselves in ensuring that vehicles are returned to clients in a good, repaired condition.
We have confirmed with the repairer that the vehicle repairs are expected to be completed by within the next week.
Our Market Conduct Team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide you with detailed feedback and updates on the progress.
It will no doubt reassure you to know that we offer a 24-month fixed premium guarantee on all claim-free policies!
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours.
Kind Regards,
The Prime SA Team
