I submitted a call back request on the App and the same day I received a call
I submitted a call back request on the App and the same day I received a call. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and professional. I submitted a claim and all went well. The next day I again received a call to explain to me the procedure and to find out if everything is okay. The process from start to finish was just very professional
