I responded to an SMS for a quote last year and the lady called me on numerous occasions but I kept missing her calls

I responded to an SMS for a quote last year and the lady called me on numerous occasions but I kept missing her calls. I thought they would never call me back after missing quite a lot of their calls but their persistent paid when that call came through again this year and fortunately, I answered 😄 On the other end it was a lady who introduced herself (unfortunately I'm bad with names and I forgot her name🤦🏽♂️) She told me she's been calling me for a while and could get hold of me😄, she was so calm and asked if it was a good time for her to talk to me, to which I responded and said yes. To cut a long story short, she was so professional and explained in detail the kind of policy i was interested in, along the way she asked if I understood what she was explaining to me😄 Her knowledge was unbelievable and she handled the call with such professionalism. I don't regret taking that call on that day and I took a policy with her, I've never spoken to anyone quite like her😄 Well done to her and PMB👍🏽
