I requested for for a bounced derbit order to be reactivated from PMD via whatsapp and I got a call from a lovely, patient and ready to help consultant, she told me her name and where she waa calling from, requested the make and model of my car, I mistakenly gave her my registration number instead, she politely repeated what she was actually looking for I came back to my senses, we laughed about it and I gave her the correct info. She checked, and told me they won't be able to at the moment coz I had already made arrangements for the 28, she was listerning to me attentively because she could notice that my registration has changed and after everything I required she asked if Id want to ammend the vehicle registration as she heard me mention a different one from the one they have. I am pleased with her level of professionalism. Its a pitty I forgot her name.
