I requested a callback via PMD App and within 24 hours I was called back😁 explained everything to the consultant about the 3 chip that are on my wind screen, she requested photos which I did send. And today one of the consultants called again saying the claim has been approved and put me in contact with Glassfit company which will be helping me to fix those chip. I'm so happy with the service. Everything is running smoothly
