I recently upgraded my policy with Prime South Africa after noticing that they removed certain additional excess fees, which I felt were too high and unreasonable
I recently upgraded my policy with Prime South Africa after noticing that they removed certain additional excess fees, which I felt were too high and unreasonable. I really appreciate this improvement, and I can see their overall service is also improving. Hopefully, when it comes to claiming, the same positive and fair approach will be maintained. So far, I’m happy with PMD and satisfied with the changes they’ve made.
