I previously requested to be called back and since then, there has been a number of attempts made and even though they couldn't get hold of me, they never gave up
I previously requested to be called back and since then, there has been a number of attempts made and even though they couldn't get hold of me, they never gave up. Each failed attempt was followed with an SMS confirming that they tried to contact me. Such reflects great reliability.
